Nestled in the pastoral Brandywine Valley of Chester County, Radley Run Country Club provides a lovely and historic backdrop for your event. Originally the property of Englishmen William Penn and Samuel Painter, who arrived in Philadelphia from England in 1707, the land holds a rich past. Much of the Revolution’s Battle of the Brandywine was fought within two miles of what is now Radley’s Mansion House- which itself still has stone sections dating back to 1770. Our main clubhouse was even first constructed in 1897 as a large stable to house master foxhunter Dr. Gilbert Mather’s horses, and much of the equine structure can still be seen in the original stonework throughout the building today.

The rich history of Radley Run Country Club and the surrounding land is apparent throughout each of the facilities’ structures. Our multiple event spaces make Radley Run the perfect venue to accommodate every type of event, large or small. Chester County countryside’s beautiful and rustic setting of the countryside intertwined with the club’s historical ties creates an intimate ambiance that will enchant every guest.

Located only a short distance from major cities such as Wilmington, Philadelphia, and Lancaster, Radley Run is the ultimate Main Line venue. The club is four short miles out of downtown West Chester, home to artisanal shops, unique boutiques, and a multitude of restaurant & bars. Make Radley Run Country Club your event venue and explore the beautiful Brandywine Valley.
